The Steamer Water Filters by Groen: PureSteem Water Treatment System, removes scale, chlorine & sediment ( Groen - 153119 ) - The Groen 153119 PureSteem™ water treatment system reduces chlorine and removes sediment and other particles from water. To prevent limescale formation and resist corrosion, the system has scale and rust inhibitor technology. A filter cartridge is included with this system, but it should be replaced every 6 months or whenever flow or pressure is insufficient. Because they lock into the manifold, the unit's cartridges support straightforward replacement. It should be mounted vertically on the wall with the included bracket. During installation, operators should leave 3 inches underneath so that cartridges can be removed and installed. Product Details. Replaceable cartridge head removes sediment, silt, and other particles down to 0.5 micron. Cartridge reduces chlorine in water with a 22,000-gal. capacity. Scale and corrosion inhibitor technology prevents limescale from forming and accumulating. Cartridge should be replaced every 6 months. Cartridge facilitates installation and removal, locking into the integrated manifold. Water shut-off valve. Should be wall mounted vertically.
